You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your scented candles for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you would like to exchange your scented candles for a different fragrance or product, please contact us. We will arrange for an exchange subject to product availability.
If the replacement item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment as applicable.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
We take great care in packaging our candles, but occasionally damage may occur during transit. We appreciate your understanding and will resolve the issue promptly.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies will apply.
